Sven works in the fields of film and photography. Driven by queer perspectives, he captures bold and intimate visions with a highly sensitive approach to the human body and to everything that grows, deconstructs and metamorphoses. His work melts down classic vignettes to personal scenes, reconnecting with memory, dreams and perception. Sven’s conceptional positions drift from queer theory and the performing arts to documentary angles and narrative fiction. Through his work he explores aesthetics of control, excess and desire.
He collaborates with Danny Elfman, Matt Lambert, Holly Herndon, Leila Hekmat, Todd Strauss-Schulson, COTY, Anika, Bendik Giske, Versace, FACT Magazine, Adidas Originals, Galerie Isabella Bortolozzi, MUNCH Museet, HAU and many others.
